Felixstowe clinic is able to reopen on the 1st July but for the time being, Leiston and Ipswich clinics must remain closed.

Please note, all services are available except ultrasound-guided steroid injections, this is because of the potential risk of Covid-19. Please call Neil Liffen for further information and/or to be added to the waiting list. Ostenil injections are available as an alternative to steroid injections.

Appointment Procedures:

We will be taking extra precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will be using scrubs with use of face masks, aprons and extra disinfection of work surfaces between patients. However, there is always an element of risk and all clients need to consider the risk versus the benefit of attending their appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are following government and medical guidelines to ensure safety for clients and staff.

• Please cancel your appointment if you or anyone in your household has a new illness such as a cough, cold or high temperature (fever) as this may be Covid-19.
• Please cancel your appointment if you have had contact with anyone in the last 7 days who have been diagnosed Covid-19.
• Please wait in the car park until 5 minutes before the exact time for your appointment as we are trying to limit the number of people in reception. There will be a member of the GP staff on the reception door to greet you.
• Where possible please attend the clinic room unattended to reduce risk.
• Please note we may use a thermal thermometer upon your arrival. Should your temperature be higher than expected you may be refused treatment and asked to book in for another time.
• We actively encourage the use of face masks for clients and practitioners.
• You will be asked to use a hand sanitiser wash upon entry and upon leaving.
