Physiotherapy Consultation

> Initial consultation £65-£70 (30-45 minutes)

> Follow up £65-£70 (25-30 minutes)

Diagnostic Musculoskeletal Ultrasound (includes report, if required)

> Diagnostic ultrasound £150 (per joint/region; £50 extra charge for extra joints/regions £200 total)

Extracorporeal Shock Wave Therapy (ESWT)

> ESWT per joint per session £70 (if more than one joint there is an additional charge of £10 per area)

> Package deal: Consultation with diagnostic ultrasound and two further treatment sessions of ESWT £250

Ultrasound guided injection cost (includes report)

> Corticosteroid injection £250 (per joint/region)

> Hyaluronic acid (HA) injection £300 (Ostenil Plus; if other HA product requested there is an additional charge)

> Hyaluronic acid injection and Steroid injection £325 (Ostenil Plus; if other product HA requested there is an additional charge)

PLEASE NOTE: Injections would only be performed and/or recommended following full examination and
diagnostic ultrasound to confirm diagnosis and would be discussed in clinic.

Method of Payment

Cash and Bank card payment is preferred method of payment. Payment by Cheque is not accepted.
Payment is required at the end of the consultation. Receipts offered on request.

Report Cost

If an onward referral and/or formal report is required there is an additional cost of £50.
