Musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound is a safe, r Musculoskeletal diagnostic ultrasound is a safe, radiation-free imaging tool used to detect early joint inflammation and soft tissue damage in rheumatoid arthritis (RA) before it even appears on a standard X-ray. 🩻 ❓Which joints are affected in RA? The most commonly affected joints are the small joints of the fingers, thumbs, wrists, feet, and ankles.
