Covid-19 Procedures

Pre-appointment guidelines: 
Please cancel your appointment if you or anyone in your household has a new illness such as a cough, cold or high temperature (fever) as this may be Covid-19. Please note we may use a thermal thermometer upon your arrival. Should your temperature be higher than expected you may be refused treatment and asked to book in for another time. Please cancel your appointment if you have had contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 7-10 days.

Immediately before your appointment: 
Please wait in the car park until 10 minutes before the exact time for your appointment as we are trying to limit the number of people in reception. Where possible please attend the clinic room unattended to reduce risk. Wearing of a face mask in the clinic is mandatory, unless exempt. Hand sanitiser is available in the clinic.

Extra precautions during clinic: 
We will be taking extra precautions during the Covid-19 pandemic. We will be using scrubs with the use of face masks, aprons and gloves and extra disinfection of work surfaces between patients. However, there is always an element of risk and all clients need to consider the risk versus the benefit of attending their appointments during the Covid-19 pandemic. We are following government and medical guidelines to ensure safety for clients and staff.
